Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping on USA domestic orders over $100 USD. We are currently only shipping within the US.

For all orders under $100, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the information to become available.

Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@madibboutique.com, and we will send you a return label, free of charge. We will inspect the return once received, and if it is approved, we will issue a refund to the payment used to previously purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier. 

Order Cancellations/Changes
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us ASAP. We can do so as long as the order has not shipped. Please contact us using the contact box on the website or at hello@madibboutique.com
